Year of Grace

Overview

In Barcelona's Gràcia district, a cantankerous old woman shares an apartment with a young nonconformist man. He's struggling to find his place in the world. Neither will let the other intimidate them—she holds the power, he holds only dreams. She has abandoned her illusions; he is just discovering his. It's a constant, unrelenting battle, yet they need each other. With humor, tenderness, energy, memorable neighbors, a youthful barrio, a beautiful girl, and a powerful soundtrack, this is the bright side of life.
